Before You Begin

As you begin preparing for your project Kick Off meeting, here are a few items to consider...
Project Kick Off

Meet your Project Manager, receive an overview of the implementation project, and discuss next steps.
Initial Consultation

Meet your Consultant to discuss secure transfer of data from all applicable systems into the Blackboard Connect portal via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
Data Verification

Review your data to verify each file is mapping correctly and matches what displays in your data files.
Training

Schedule purchased training sessions and discuss staff rollout options.
Project Close Out

Review final questions for implementation and ongoing support plan
