Objective: Meet your Project Manager and receive an overview of the implementation process.
Here is what we'll cover in this Kick Off meeting:
- Introductions and Project roles:
- Client Project Team
- Blackboard Project Team
- Project Manager: Primary contact to coordinate, scope, and track the project
- Technical Consultant: Product expert to guide you through best practices and tips in setting up your website
- Trainer(s): Conduct the purchased training sessions as scheduled throughout the project

Tasks to Complete
- Complete required training (within first three weeks of implementation)
- Provide dates/times for the three online courses in the Getting Started Bundle Please note: These three online sessions are 2 hours each

- Identify domain name and target go public date.
- Identify if district will use LDAP

- Review current website and begin to identify relevant vs. outdated content
