    Here is what we'll cover in this Kick Off meeting:

    • Introductions and Project roles: 
      • Client Project Team
      • Blackboard Project Team
        • Project Manager: Primary contact to coordinate, scope, and track the project
        • Technical Consultant: Product expert to guide you through best practices and tips in setting up your website
        • Trainer(s): Conduct the purchased training sessions as scheduled throughout the project

      • Go Public Target Date

    • Implementation Process Overview:
      • Website Consultation and Setup:
        • Site Structure Consultation
        • Content Migration
        • Staff Rollout
      • User Management and LDAP, if purchased

    Tasks to Complete

    • Complete required training (within first three weeks of implementation)
      • Provide dates/times for the three online courses in the Getting Started Bundle Please note: These three online sessions are 2 hours each

    • Identify domain name and target go public date.
    • Identify if district will use LDAP
    • Review Template Gallery
    • Review current website and begin to identify relevant vs. outdated content
