I am a graduate of Northwestern University in Communications, and a certified PMP from the Project Management Institute. I’ve previously worked in software programming, QA testing, and network administration before joining the Blackboard family in 2004. An advocate of continued process improvement, my goal is to reduce intimidation about technology, translating processes into meeting real-world business needs. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, and road trips with my husband.

I received my degree in Health Policy and Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. Before Blackboard, I was a trainer for Delta Health Systems and worked as an IT Specialist for C-COR, Inc. Prior to the Blackboard acquisition, I worked as a Training Specialist, Upgrade Specialist and a Client Success Representative. In my free time I love playing with my three sons, comedy and rooting for Penn State and all of the Pittsburgh professional teams.

I have a degree in Computer Information Systems from South Hills School of Business & Technology. I began my career at Schoolwires as an intern and was hired as the Technical Support Coordinator, then on to a Support Technician. After over 5 years on our Support team, I joined our Implementation team. I would tell you what I do in my spare time, but with two young children, I'm not too sure what free time really is.

I studied Marketing Public Relations at Mesa College and Alliant International University.  My diverse background in customer relations, communication and account management help me to understand the wants and needs of our clients.  I am passionate about traveling and I've traveled extensively throughout North America, Europe and the Caribbean. My number one bucket list wish is waking up in Ireland on one of my birthdays.
