- Download the WCM Admin Reference Guide. Make sure you save it locally on your computer in a safe place that you will be able to easily find later. You will continue to work within this document throughout the duration of your implementation. Navigate to the Policies section of the document. Review and updated this section as needed.

- Download the Navigation Planning Spreadsheet to begin planning the site’s navigation. Make sure you save it locally on your computer in a safe place that you will be able to easily find later. You will continue to work within this document throughout the duration of your implementation. Start by planning the Site and Subsite Channels.
- Plan the calendars for your site.
- Determine the process you will use for adding events.
- If you will be using the WCM Calendar App, then complete the Calendar Configuration including defining Calendar Categories and creating Calendar Collections. Begin adding events to Site and Subsite Calendars.
- If you plan to use Google Sync, obtain the necessary credentials. Then, set up each Site/Subsite Calendar.
- Continue working through the WCM Admin Reference Guide.
- Update the Calendaring section.
- Update the Channel Names section.
