Objective: For the district's Core Project Team to meet with a Creative Designer to learn about the Web Community Manager's templates. 

Design meeting can be scheduled in the implementation process after the K12 CE Academy Course is completed. 

Design Ready Template Process

• Your Project Manager will assist you with scheduling a one-hour consultation call with a Creative Designer. 
• The district Core Project Team is responsible for licensing the template. 
• Creative Team will provide you with a confirmation email and Blackboard Collaborate credentials.
• Creative Designer will assist with template choice options if needed.
• Creative Designer will review the template configuration to bring in the district's brand. 

Made to Order Template (Custom) Process

• Your Project Manager will assist you with scheduling a one-hour consultation call with a Creative Designer. 
• Creative Team provides you with an appointment email for your Design Kick Off Call.

• Format: Hands on design call via Blackboard Collaborate
• Audience: Up to 5 participants (Core Project Team)
• Length: Up to 60 minutes

• Monday-Friday (10am ET or 2pm ET) 

Action Items

• Continue to join scheduled Consultation sessions. 
• Gather design assets: logos, colors, images (It is recommend to use .png images for logos and photos for better viewing).
• License design template.
