Objective:
For the Core Project Team to meet with your Implementation Consultant and learn about the Mass Notifications features and best practices.

Pre-Training
Length: 60 minutes
Meet with your Consultant to make sure everything is prepared for your End-User training. Topics include:
- Building administrative accounts for attendees
- Login preferences
- Decide on a preferred reply-to email address
- Running email authentication

End-User Training
Length: 120 minutes
You may have up to 15 attendees for this training.
Your message senders – from district-level to school-level – will learn what they need to know to use the Mass Notifications system:
- Logging into your BbComms website
- Setting up your account
- Looking up the people at your location
- Sending a message via phone, email and text
- Exploring additional messaging options
- Sending to other destinations
- Viewing reports
- Using the Administrative App
- Finding assistance

Settings & Review Meeting
Length: 90 minutes
The Core Project Team will manage various program settings, such as automating your attendance messaging and data upload reporting.

Consultation: Check-In (Optional)
Length: 60 minutes
A series of meetings with your Consultant to answer any questions and ensure you have everything set up for your Mass Notifications system, from creating new groups to district-wide message templates.
