Design meeting can be scheduled in the implementation process after the fourth Instructional Meeting. 

Design Ready Template Process

• Your Project Manager will assist you with scheduling a one hour consultation call with a Creative Designer. 
• District project team is responsible to license the template. 
• Creative Team will provide you with a confirmation email and Blackboard Collaborate credentials.
• Creative Designer will assist with template choice options if needed.
• Creative Designer will review the template configuration to bring in the district's brand. 

Made to Order Template (Custom) Process

• Your Project Manager will assist you with scheduling a one hour consultation call with a Creative Designer. 
• Creative Team provides you with an appointment email for your Design Kick Off Call.

Meeting Details

• Format: Hands on design call via Blackboard Collaborate
• Audience: Up to 5 participants (Core Project Team)
• Length: Up to 60 minutes

• Monday-Friday (10am ET or 2pm ET) 

Action Items

• Continue to join scheduled Instructional Meetings.
• Gather design assets: logos, colors, images (It is recommend to use .png images for logos and photos for better viewing).
• License design template.
