      • Training Consultant
      • Technical Project Manager
    • Implementation Process Overview:
      • Site Provisioning 
      • Administrator and Faculty Training courses
      • SIS Integration (if purchased)
      • Launch
    • Additional Blackboard Products, if purchased: Collaborate, Mobile Communications App, Teacher Communications
      • Schedule trainings and next steps  

    Tasks to Complete

    • Schedule Learn Administrator Courses (3 sessions) 
    • Schedule Data Integration Planning Meeting (if SIS Integration is purchased)
    • Schedule Implementation & Training: Transition to Teaching Online courses (4 sessions)
      • Please note: these sessions are to be completed after Data Verification, if SIS Integration is purchased
    • Schedule next steps and trainings for additional products
    • Enroll in the online training courses (if purchased) 
      • Your team will self-enroll in the Blackboard Learn training site in order to utilize the seats purchased. Your Project Manager will provide you the steps to complete the enrollment.
