As you begin preparing for your Learn project Kick Off, here are a few items to consider:

1. Create your team that will work with you through the setup of Blackboard Learn. Be sure you have included your System Administrator and Student Information System (SIS) Administrator (if you have purchased SIS Integration). 
2. Think about the date you would like to launch Learn. The average implementation timeframe is 6-10 weeks, however, your Project Manager will work with you to shorten or extend the plan according to your schedule.
