Before You Begin

  • As you begin to prepare for your Project Kick Off, here are a few tasks to consider:

    • Decide upon the system(s) you would like to use for data integration and engage the proper contact for accessing data within each system. We can integrate with the following types of systems:
      • Student Information System (SIS)
      • Staff/HR System
      • Cafeteria Management / Point of Sale System
      • Transportation (Bus tracking) System
    • Consider whether you would like to setup automated notifications for attendance and/or lunch balances. If so, decide the day, times and codes for attendance call notification and day(s), times and threshold dollar amount for lunch notifications. (SMS, Calls, Emails)
    • Determine your desired launch date that would work best for your district and schools. The average implementation is 4-6 weeks, but we will work with you as best as possible to accommodate your product launch plans.
