Before You Begin

As you begin preparing for your project Kick Off, here are a few items to consider...
Project Kick Off

Meet your Project Manager, receive an overview of the implementation project, and discuss next steps.
Data Integration

Meet your Data Integration Specialist and discuss secure transfer of data from all applicable systems into the Blackboard Communications portal via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
Data Verification

Use the Data Verification Guide to verify that the data in the Blackboard portal is mapping correctly and matches what displays in your SIS.
Training

Schedule purchased training sessions, review Universal Navigation Bar (if eligible), and discuss staff rollout options.
Project Close Out

Review final questions for implementation and ongoing support plan
