  • The CDU tool is compatible with all verticals (K12, Higher Ed, and Business/Government) but the headers Connect recognizes are different for each vertical. When mapping data, make sure you only utilize headers appropriate for your institution type. For instance, if you are a K-12 institution and you try to utilize the header BUSINESSNAME, Connect will not recognize it.

    Below are sample files for each vertical, which contain every recognized header for that vertical. Some are universal, such as FIRSTNAME and LASTNAME.
