Web Community Manager Transition Implementation Process

  • The Blackboard Transition Implementation Program is designed to guide you through setting up your new website. We have developed an eight-week plan to ensure a smooth, successful launch in a timely manner for your District. 

    Each week a Project Manager will review key components in building and launching your website; coaching and assisting you on scheduling training, configuring design, content migration, and preparing to go public. In addition, we have detailed the expected agendas, outcomes, and tasks for each week so your team will stay informed and prepared to move forward.
