Tasks To Complete:
- Evaluate current content to determine what is relevant and what is outdated.
- Eliminate old/unwanted content.
- Migrate remaining content.
- Populate new/updated content.
- Identify additional district / school staff who will be responsible for migrating/moving content, create user accounts and assign editorial privileges - if needed.
- Set deadlines for existing content to be moved and new content to be added.
- Identify additional staff members that will be responsible for reviewing moved/added content to ensure it meets district guidelines / standards - if needed.
- Set deadlines for site review to be completed.
- If needed, provide training for staff moving and/or creating content.
