The Process

  • The Blackboard K-12 Implementation Process is designed to guide you through the process of setting up your new website. We have developed a plan to ensure a smooth, successful launch in a timely manner for your district.

    A Project Manager (PM) will be assigned to your account. Your PM will review key components in building and launching your website; coaching and assisting you on scheduling your trainings and template design session, accessing help materials, and launching your new site. You can use the posted milestones to help keep your implementation team informed and prepared to move forward.
